Red Lantern is a unique open mic event co-created and hosted by Zat Baraka and Truth-I Manifest. Featuring fifteen 9-minute performance slots, as well as a featured artist playing a 25-minute set at 9pm, Red Lantern transforms ELR Cafe into an intimate den of beautiful music & great food.

Red Lantern is quickly becoming a nexus for some of Westside LA’s most talented up and coming musicians. We’ve been drawing a great crowd of eager and supportive listeners, catalyzing fantastic performances by all our guest musicians.
Those wishing to play should arrive by 7pm to be sure to get on the list.
Red Lantern is switching to a Wednesday night.
